With a solid financial base in excess of the minimum capitalization requirements for stockbroking firms, we are duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) as Broker/Dealer and Fund/Portfolio Manager.

BACKGROUND

Tower Securities and Investment Company Limited was incorporated as a private limited liability company on 5^th February 1998. Its head office is located at Plot 11 Diya Street (Opposite GTBank), Gbagada, Lagos Nigeria.

BUSINESS

Tower Securities and Investment Company Limited is a licensed capital market Operator having obtained its dealing license from the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE). The company commenced active trading as a broker/dealer on the floor of the Exchange since September 2006.

The company is managed by a team of committed, matured and experienced professionals, supported by a purposeful Board made up of distinguished and seasoned professionals and administrators in various fields.

ABIMBOLA BRAIMOH OLANREWAJU (Managing Director)

Mr Olarewaju is an economist, a chartered accountant and a chartered stockbroker. He has his first degree (BSc) in Economics from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in 1982 and later obtained a second degree (MSc) inFinance from University of Lagos. He is an associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation, Accountants, Stockbrokers and Management. He trained as a chartered accountant with an international accounting firm of Deloitte Haskins + Sells (now Akintola Williams Deloitte). He later joined Metropolitan Securities & Investment Company Limited where he trained as a stockbroker.

He had about 8 years experience in the banking industry, part of which was at top management level.

Mr Olanrewaju is registered with The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) as a stockbroker and capital market operator. He is married with children.

MR GODWIN AGODU OKOLI
He is a chartered accountant by profession and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He had more than 12 years post qualification experience in the finance industry. Before joining Tower Securities & Investment Company in 2004, he was with the Bank of Industry (formerly Nigerian Industrial Development Bank Limited) where he gathered experience in various sections and areas of the bank, and rose to the position of a senior manager.

Mr Okoli has attended various management courses and is currently a student member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria.

ONABOWU ADELEKE DAUDA

Mr Onabowu graduated as a Chemical Engineer from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu in 1991. He started his working career with Spintex Mill Nigeria Ltd as senior production supervisor and later joined Alkem Nigeria Ltd as Assistant production Manager. He joined Tower Securities in 2006 as Investment Analyst and currently holds the position of Chef Compliance Officer. He has attended various courses on capital market and is a registered capital market operator.

MR OLUFISAYO OLANREWAJU

Mr Olanrewaju oversees Business development and Research at Tower Securities and Investment Company Limited. He graduated with a First class degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering with Management Studies from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom. He worked with the Nottingham Power Electronics and Machines Group where he specialized in computer modelling for aerospace and automobile applications. He brings his computer modelling experience from the Power Electronic Group to Tower Securities and leads the team that researches and designs quantitative investment systems and risk management products aimed at providing consistently high returns with minimal risk for clients.

ALHAJI RAFIU BABATUNDE TINUBU (CHAIRMAN)
Alhaji R.B. Tinubu is a seasoned administrator and great achiever. He possesses a Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) and Masters of Arts (M.A.) in political science from Howard University and Catholic University, Washington D.C. USA in 1971 and 1972 respectively.

As a student, he was an awardee of Ford Foundation Fellowship Award, Howard University Award for Excellence in Academics, University Deans Award, Lagos State Scholarship Award, etc.

He worked briefly as a university lecturer at Howard University, USA and University of Ife, Ile Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University. He started his civil service career as an administrative officer with Lagos State Government. He rose through the ranks to become Head of Service in 1999 and honorably retired as Head of Service, Lagos State Civil Service in 2004.

He is an author of some books and publications, a speech writer and a motivational speaker. Alhaji Tinubu is married with children.

CHIEF OSITA OPARA
Chief Opara holds BSc degree in Marketing from University of Nigeria Nsukka and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Lagos. Chief Opara worked as pioneer MD/CEO of Tower Securities & Investment Company Limited.

He is a seasoned stockbroker and associate member of both Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria and Nigerian Institute of Marketing. He is well travelled and has attended several management courses both within and outside Nigeria. Chief Opara is the Executive Chairman of Mbaitoli Local Government Area of Imo State Nigeria.

SEYI BAMGBOSE
Mr Bamgbose is a 1986 graduate of Agriculture from University of Ibadan, Nigeria majoring in fishery management. He started his life career as an agriculturist with Olaogun Enterprises Limited from where he joined Thunderball Arrowhead & Co. as General Manager Operations in charge of Banking Automation. He later joined Optimal Maximal Company as chief Executive Officer where he is presently engaged. Seyi Bamgbose is happily married with children.
